Ingredients
- 1 sachet of IsaLean Vanilla Shake
- 400ml unsweetened almond milk/coconut water
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 huge handful spinach or 2 pellets frozen spinach
- 1 handful walnuts and/or almonds
- 1 teaspoon of spirulina
- Generous sprinkling of cinnamon
- 1 handful ice
