And I especially recommend it to clients after their period, after sex to rebuild fluids and when trying to conceive as it nourishes the reproductive organs.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Two <a href=\"https:\/\/ox7.ee3.mytemp.website\/zh\/product\/spicebox-organics-organic-medjool-dates-227g\/\">Medjool dates<\/a><br \/>\n10-12 <a href=\"https:\/\/ox7.ee3.mytemp.website\/zh\/product\/spicebox-organics-organic-raw-almonds-500g\/\">\u674f\u4ec1<\/a><br \/>\n1 cup water for soaking dates<br \/>\n1 cup water for soaking almonds<br \/>\n1 cup of water<br \/>\n\u00bd\u20131 cup hot water<\/p>\n<h3><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cover the dates and almonds with water and soak overnight. In the morning, drain the almonds and peel them by pinching the skin. If the skin does not come off easily, try submerging the soaked almonds in boiling water before you peel them. Place the peeled almonds, one cup water and the soaked dates (remove the seeds) in a blender. Blend for 2\u20133 minutes or until smooth and frothy.
