{"id":3388,"date":"2016-12-27T09:39:11","date_gmt":"2016-12-27T09:39:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ox7.ee3.mytemp.website\/dev\/?p=3388"},"modified":"2018-05-10T01:17:03","modified_gmt":"2018-05-10T01:17:03","slug":"gluten-free-savoury-crepes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ox7.ee3.mytemp.website\/zh\/gluten-free-savoury-crepes\/","title":{"rendered":"Gluten-Free Savoury Crepes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Channa Besan (chickpea \/ gram flour) &#8211; 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Finely chopped onions &#8211; 1\/4 whole onion<\/li>\n<li>Finely chopped tomato &#8211; 1\/2 whole tomato<\/li>\n<li>Finely chopped coriander &#8211; 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n<li>Ajwain (carom seeds) &#8211; 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n<li>Salt &#8211; 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n<li>Ground black pepper &#8211; 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n<li>Water &#8211; 1 3\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li>Cold water &#8211; 1 bowl<\/li>\n<li>Oil (sunflower, olive or peanut) &#8211; 4 tablespoons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Take a mixing bowl and add the channa besan and add the water.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk well until smooth and there are no lumps.<\/li>\n<li>Add the tomatoes and onion, coriander, carom seeds, salt and pepper and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a flat pan on medium heat. Fold a cloth and dip in the bowl of water. Wipe the heated pan with the cloth.<\/li>\n<li>You will see the water droplets sizzle. Scoop the gram flour mixture onto the pan and lightly spread it thin using the back of the scooping spoon.<\/li>\n<li>Drizzle oil on all sides of the crepe and wait until the oil has seeped into the sides. Watch the top of the crepe until you see the it setting.<\/li>\n<li>Using a pancake spatula, loosen the sides of the crepe and then scoop up and turn it over.<\/li>\n<li>Press down lightly on the crepe for a few seconds and then scoop it out of the pan.
