{"id":3387,"date":"2016-12-27T09:36:04","date_gmt":"2016-12-27T09:36:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ox7.ee3.mytemp.website\/dev\/?p=3387"},"modified":"2018-05-10T01:17:04","modified_gmt":"2018-05-10T01:17:04","slug":"simple-healthy-chicken-curry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ox7.ee3.mytemp.website\/zh\/simple-healthy-chicken-curry\/","title":{"rendered":"Simple &#038; Healthy Chicken Curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Organic boneless cubed chicken breast &#8211; 600 grams<\/li>\n<li>Onion (chopped or ground) &#8211; 1 large<\/li>\n<li>Tomatoes (seedless and chopped finely) &#8211; 2<\/li>\n<li>Grated ginger &#8211; 1 inch<\/li>\n<li>4 Cloves of Garlic (grated) &#8211; 4 cloves<\/li>\n<li>Cumin &#8211; 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric &#8211; 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n<li>Coriander Powder &#8211; 2 tablespoon<\/li>\n<li>Whole Red Chillies\u00a0 &#8211; \u00a02 (for spicy, add 4)<\/li>\n<li>Chopped Fresh Coriander &#8211; 1 tablespoon<\/li>\n<li>Garam Masala\u00a0(4-6 Cloves, 2 Bay leaves, 1-2 small cardamom, 1-2 black cardamom, 1\/2 cinnamon stick)<\/li>\n<li>Salt\u00a0 &#8211; \u00a0to taste<\/li>\n<li>Sunflower, peanut, mustard oil &#8211; 3 tablespoon<\/li>\n<li>Water &#8211; 1 cup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Wash the chicken cubes and set aside<\/li>\n<li>Heat a non stick pan on low to medium heat and add the Garam Masala ingredients. Stir constantly until well roasted. Remove pan from heat and transfer all the ingredients into a spice grinder. (Electrical or manual). Grind and set aside<\/li>\n<li>Place a medium\/large wok on medium heat. Add 2-3 tablespoons of oil.<\/li>\n<li>Add the grated\/chopped onions and stir fry until deep brown.<\/li>\n<li>Add the cumin seeds and whole red chillies<\/li>\n<li>Add the ginger and garlic paste, coriander, turmeric powder, and salt<\/li>\n<li>Keep stirring the ingredients until well mixed<\/li>\n<li>Add the tomatoes, mix them in and let simmer for 5 mins<\/li>\n<li>Add the chicken pieces and stir with the curry. Continue for 10 minutes so that the ingredients are well mixed in with the chicken.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1 cup water<\/li>\n<li>Lower the heat, cover the lid and simmer for 15 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Add 1 tablespoon of the garam masala mixture and simmer for another 5 minutes until the chicken is well cooked and tender<\/li>\n<li>Transfer to serving dish, garnish with fresh chopped coriander and serve with rice or bread<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients Organic boneless cubed chicken breast &#8211;
