{"id":3384,"date":"2016-12-27T09:33:54","date_gmt":"2016-12-27T09:33:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ox7.ee3.mytemp.website\/dev\/?p=3384"},"modified":"2018-05-10T01:17:04","modified_gmt":"2018-05-10T01:17:04","slug":"spinach-raita","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ox7.ee3.mytemp.website\/zh\/spinach-raita\/","title":{"rendered":"Spinach Raita"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Spinach or Baby Spinach &#8211; 1 bunch<\/li>\n<li>Roasted Cumin Powder &#8211; 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n<li>Salt &#8211; to taste<\/li>\n<li>Pepper &#8211; to taste<\/li>\n<li>Plain Yogurt &#8211; 1\/2 tub<\/li>\n<li>Milk &#8211; 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<li>Water &#8211; 1\/3 cup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pluck the leaves of the spinach and discard the stems<\/li>\n<li>Wash the leaves 2-3 times in tap water and rinse with fresh or mineral water<\/li>\n<li>Add boiling water to the leaves in a bowl and leave for 1-2 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the leaves into a colander and pour cold water. (This will stop the spinach from cooking further and retain its dark green color)<\/li>\n<li>Let the water drip out<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the Yogurt into a bowl and add the milk<\/li>\n<li>Mix well with the milk to get a good consistency. If required add some water to make it more dilute (one can substitute milk with water completely to make it lighter)<\/li>\n<li>Add salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>Add the spinach leaves (squeeze the water out completely)<\/li>\n<li>Stir the leaves into the yogurt mix<\/li>\n<li>Garnish with cumin powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients Spinach or Baby Spinach &#8211;
