{"id":28390,"date":"2021-01-11T21:06:38","date_gmt":"2021-01-11T13:06:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ox7.ee3.mytemp.website\/?p=28390"},"modified":"2021-01-11T22:03:43","modified_gmt":"2021-01-11T14:03:43","slug":"sorghum-salad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ox7.ee3.mytemp.website\/zh\/sorghum-salad\/","title":{"rendered":"Sorghum Salad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Ancient Grain Recipe<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cup sorghum<\/li><li>3 cups water<\/li><li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li><li>2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice<\/li><li>1 teaspoon Dijon mustard<\/li><li>1 clove garlic (finely minced)<\/li><li>5 tablespoons olive oil<\/li><li>1 scallion (finely chopped)<\/li><li>1\/2 red onion (small, finely sliced)<\/li><li>4 cups Kale leaves<\/li><li>Salt &amp; Pepper to taste<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In a large pot (or rice cooker), combine water, sorghum and salt and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until the water is absorbed and the grains are tender- adding extra water if necessary. About 50 minutes of cooking time.<\/li><li>In a small bowl combine the lemon juice, mustard and garlic and stir.
