Ayurveda has a natural remedy. Drinking this healing Ayurvedic &#8216;infusion&#8217; half an hour after food not only reduces bloating but helps cleanse the body channels and toxins from the body. To enhance the detoxifying process, you can make a larger quantity, pour the water in a thermos and sip throughout the day.\n\n&nbsp;\n<h4><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n \t<li>1\/4 tsp cumin seeds<\/li>\n \t<li>1\/4 tsp coriander seeds<\/li>\n \t<li>1\/4 tsp fennel seeds<\/li>\n \t<li>2 cups of water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n \t<li>Boil water for 2 -3 minutes.<\/li>\n \t<li>After the water has boiled, add the cumin, coriander and fennel seeds.<\/li>\n \t<li>Let the spices infuse into the boiled water for 10-15 minutes.<\/li>\n \t<li>Strain the spices.
