Pilates Sculpt and Plant Based Lunch

Let’s flow, sweat and glow together. Join us on July 7th for an all-level Pilates sculpt sesh with Kiki @kiki.coach.gaze from Gaze Yoga and Fitness, followed by a delicious plant-based lunch catered by us!

Pilates uses yoga movements to increase the flexibility of muscles and joints. Exercises that can improve muscle imbalances, strengthen waist and abdominal core strength. Prepare to sweat and bring your water bottle! ????‍♀️
